Medical Receptionist – Endocrinology

Southwoods Health is seeking a patient-focused Medical Receptionist for our Boardman Endocrinology office. This role is the face of our practice, ensuring every patient receives a professional, proactive, and welcoming experience.

• Patient Access:
  Manage registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Financials:
  Collect co-pays and perform insurance verification.
• Scheduling:
  Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide post-visit instructions.
• Communication:
  Perform telephone triage and facilitate provider instructions.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow.

• Experience:
  
  Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology.
• Traits:
  Exceptional customer service, high attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
• Aptitude:
  Strong problem-solving skills and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.

• Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
