Radiologic Technologist; Part-Time

Schedule: 25 hours per week (3 eight-hour shifts)
Location: Southwoods Imaging – Various Locations

Southwoods Health is hiring a part-time Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This position will support Southwoods Imaging across our various locations, providing high-quality diagnostic services to our patients.

• Procedure Execution:
  Competently perform prescribed radiological procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques and OSHA guidelines.
• Patient Care:
  Communicate status updates to the care team and respond promptly to patient and physician needs during procedures.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure proper shielding for all persons present and maintain Quality Control (QC) documentation in accordance with state regulations.
• Equipment & Supplies:
  Test, monitor, and calibrate equipment; maintain a clean, organized work area with adequate supplies.
• Documentation:
  Accurately interpret physician orders and document records according to approved Southwoods Health policies.

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registered.
• Active Radiologic License in the State of Ohio.
• BLS Certification through the AHA.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating strong ethical and moral principles.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and use critical thinking skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Two or more years’ experience working as a radiologic technologist (preferred).
