• Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a physician
• Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and medical histories
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Support patient education and provide instructions on treatments and medications
• Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient examinations
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice and BLS
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic nursing principles, procedures, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive patient information with discretion
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
