Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Office

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a busy primary care office supporting three healthcare providers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality service and support for our patients' health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist primary care providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
  • Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant health information
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed, following safety protocols
  • Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and preventive care
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical supplies are stocked and maintained
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Support clinical team members in daily operations to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
  • Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
