Velox Social Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support to Children and Young People (CYP) requiring structured care packages. • Provide structured, therapeutic support tailored to individual care plans
• Encourage positive progress through patience, consistency, and understanding
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
• Liaise with colleagues, the Care Management Team, and external agencies
• Promote emotional regulation, independence, and life skills
• Support young people in both community and accommodation‑based settings

• Days
• Nights
• Long shifts
• Short shifts

Flexibility is essential due to varying client needs.

• Right to Work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience in a CYP or similar setting
• 3 references (2 professional, 1 character)
• In‑date PMVA or Team Teach certificate (PMVA‑trained candidates must be willing to undertake Team Teach)
• Enhanced Child DBS (subscribed to the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
