Community Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor (Central-South) – Permanent, Full Time 37 hours, based at Eddie Ferguson House, Ridley Street, Blyth.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor who wants to start or progress their career in a highly rewarding area of work where they can make a real difference to the lives of Northumberland residents. The role offers variety in the working day, working with adults with a wide range of health and social care needs to support in maximising independence.
We are pleased to offer one permanent, full‑time vacancy in the Central Community Occupational Therapy team covering the South‑Central Northumberland area. The position is NCC Salary Band4 – £26,403 – £28,142.

- Working in teams with a mix of Occupational Therapy Assistants, Technical Instructors and qualified Occupational Therapists.
- We share office bases with the wider adult social care services, enabling us to work with Social Workers, Care Managers, Learning Disability Nurses and others from the multidisciplinary team.
- The post holder will be based at Eddie Ferguson House, Blyth, Northumberland, with the opportunity to work agilely from home and other NCC sites across the county as agreed with management.
