Overview
KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a fast-growing, dynamic organisation who are looking for a motivated Assistant Accountant to join their established finance team. This is an office-based role offering great exposure, variety, and the chance to develop quickly by working closely with the Finance Director. Your duties will be as follows:
Responsibilities- Assisting with management accounts, including journals, postings and reconcilations
- Assisting with year-end preparation and auditor liaison
- P & L and expenditure analysis
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Cashbook processing, posting and reconciliations
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Petty cash management
- Supporting purchase and sales ledger
- Managing utilities and mobile phone accounts
- Supporting charity / not-for-profit accounts production
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong Excel skills. ERP system experience would be advantageous.
