About the role

• Developing new products and from concept to manufacture supporting the design functions by creating Pro-E Assemblies Models and Drawings.
• Administration of change requests to update drawings, models and Bills of materials.
• Updating Data within Lifecycle management tool (PLM)
• Creation of new drawings model files and Bills of materials to support projects
• Administering the release of new saleable part numbers to the organisation
• Providing drawing support for other departments within the organization

• Head of Product Data

Size of team/environment

• Joining a team of 4 to create and maintain documentation. This team sits as part of the “Product data Group” within the overall R&D department.

Role Requirements

Education/Qualifications

• HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Related Experience
• Previous experience in a design drafting environment
• Good understanding of Engineering Change Processes
• Competent with Pro-E Creo or similar and Auto CAD
