Contract Technical Trainer – Wind & Industrial

Not every great technician is meant to stay on the tools forever.

Some are built to pass it on.

WTS is expanding and looking for experienced wind or industrial technicians to join us as Contract Technical Trainers.

This role is for the people others call when the manual doesn’t help — technicians who can diagnose real problems, explain why things fail, and help others think better on the job.

This is not a slide-delivery role.

It’s practical, experience-led training delivered by people who’ve done the work.

• Deliver practical, technician-led training (classroom & hands‑on)
• Teach fault‑finding, troubleshooting, and real‑world decision‑making
• Share field experience to develop safer, smarter technicians
• Support and influence training content with real site knowledge

• Experienced wind, electrical, mechanical, or industrial technicians
• Strong troubleshooters and critical thinkers
• Technicians respected by their peers
• Contractors or shift workers wanting flexible off‑shift work
• People who enjoy developing others and learning themselves

Training Experience?

Not required.
