About This Role
Heads of House have a pivotal role at Bede Academy to provide appropriate support to students in order to ensure the best possible conditions for their personal and academic development. They report to the Vice Principal:
Pastoral, and are line‑managed by the Assistant Vice Principal:
Behaviour Systems. In addition, Heads of House report to the Head of the teaching department in which they teach, and play a major role in securing each student’s personal best.
