• Demonstrate strong, up-to-date knowledge of a range of teaching, learning, and behaviour management strategies

• Adapt and personalise learning to enable every student to achieve their potential

• Model positive values, empathy, and professionalism in all aspects of teaching

• Create an engaging and well-organised classroom environment with stimulating resources and displays

• Manage learning effectively for individuals, groups, and whole classes, tailoring lessons to student needs and progress

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Proven teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of effective behaviour management and proven success applying these strategies

• Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
