Site Manager

Blyth 40 hours per week 10-week contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week social housing project based in Blyth. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety and programme delivery.

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations
• Manage subcontractors and trades on site
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintain site records and documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and senior management

• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
• Proven experience managing social housing or residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration

• Competitive rate (CIS)
