Site Manager
📍 Blyth
🕒 40 hours per week
📅 10-week contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week social housing project based in Blyth. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintain site records and documentation
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and senior management
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- Proven experience managing social housing or residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration
- Competitive rate (CIS)
- Immediate start available
