- Installing and servicing Mosquito Nix custom misting systems and holiday lighting décor
- Leading and motivating a team of service technicians
- Ensuring best‑in‑class service across all customer touchpoints
- Managing scheduling, routing, and team accountability
- Hosting team training sessions and creating a culture of excellence
- Driving growth through referral partnerships and community networking
- Representing Mosquito Nix at events and demonstrations
- Conducting on‑site inspections and delivering high‑quality service with a personal touch
- Prior experience in field service, home installation, construction, landscaping, or pest control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem‑solve and manage a dynamic schedule
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Tech‑savvy with basic app and software use
- Physically able to:
- Climb ladders and access roofs or attics
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in various weather conditions
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen

Compensation: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK AT MOSQUITONIX?At Mosquito Nix, we’re serious about producing top talent to serve our customers. You will be thoroughly screened and tested for competence within the scope of your work, and we also pull Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reports and run background checks to ensure that we have safe, hygienic and responsible staff members. Our training program takes six weeks to complete – a full month and a half of training before you interact with any customers or perform any service work.
It’s a serious commitment, but by the end of your training, you’ll be a trusted employee ready to take on challenging tasks, serve customers and enjoy competitive pay and steady employment.
In addition to training our staff members up front, we also offer a number of employee development programs to make sure our workers are always ready to meet new challenges. This includes on‑going performance monitoring, goal setting and plans of action between employees and their managers. Each employee continues annual developmental training to provide the opportunity to perform at the highest levels and grow within the company.
