Construction Laborer - Pool Coping and Tile

Now, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our growing construction team with a background in tiling and coping. Responsible for installing tile around the edge of residential or commercial pools.

Duties:

* Install, repair, and replace pool tile, coping, and decorative stonework

* Prepare pool surfaces by cleaning, grinding, leveling, and waterproofing as needed

* Mix and apply thinset, grout, mortar, and other bonding materials correctly and safely

* Cut tile and coping materials to precise measurements using appropriate tools

* Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finish of tile and coping for a clean, uniform appearance

* Inspect existing tile and coping for cracks, loose sections, or structural issues

* Perform demolition of old tile, coping, and surrounding materials when required

* Seal tile, stone, and coping surfaces to protect against water intrusion and staining

* Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other team members to meet project specifications

* Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and pool-industry standards
