We are seeking a Blinds, Shade, & Shutter Installer, Monday-Friday for our Bluffton/Hilton Head location. The ideal candidate delivers top-tier customer service with a smile.
Experience with blinds, shades, and shutters is a plus, but we will train the right person. A proven technical ability in a previous position is a plus. Ability to professionally interact with customers in their homes.
Your day will include installations, minor repairs, troubleshooting, and the ability to effectively and professionally work with customers in their homes. We offer a team-based work environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. We are looking to add the right person to our install team to begin a tenured career, as many of our team already have. Salary is based on experience with room to grow as you continue to learn.

- Installation of blinds, shades, and shutters (no draperies)
- Perform window treatment repairs and adjustments
- Take before and after pictures of windows and treatments
- Show customers how to use their new treatments
- Clean customer premises when installation is complete
- Receive customer payments and maintain proper installation paperwork
- Clean/organize installation van regularly and maintain van as needed
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work on ladders up to 30 feet high
