Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative who prioritizes honesty, reliability, and timely communication. We are a small, agile team, meaning this role requires a proactive individual willing to manage the entire customer lifecycle – from the initial lead to the final inspection. You will not just sell the job; you will ensure the project is executed correctly and the customer is satisfied.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspections & Sales:Perform thorough roof inspections to identify damage or wear. Present findings clearly to homeowners and close sales on roofing replacements or repairs.
  • Insurance Process:Guide customers through the insurance claim process, meeting with adjusters and ensuring the homeowner receives fair coverage.
  • Project Management:Oversee the status of closed projects. Act as the primary point of contact for the customer during the build to ensure execution meets our standards.
  • Expanded Offerings:Assess homeowner needs beyond roofing to promote and sell additional services, including porches and residential additions.
  • After‑Market Service:Specific follow‑up after the sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
  • Team Support:As part of a small team, you will be expected to assist with various operational tasks as needed to get the job done.
Qualifications
  • Experience:Proven outside sales experience is required. Previous experience in roofing or construction sales is strongly preferred.
  • Skills:Strong closing ability with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Technical:Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs to perform inspections.
  • Attributes:Must be self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without constant supervision.
