Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T1298) – Part-time

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, maintaining inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use them to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising practices, including signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders safely and frequently; scan, move merchandise efficiently and safely (including lifting up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and other elements while performing duties (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
