If you are a Realtor looking for an upgrade of brokerage & a hands-on mentor to get you to where you should be - this is for you! This is a full-time on-site role located in Bluffton, SC, for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include listing properties, hosting open houses, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, preparing and processing real estate documents, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The agent will provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with real estate market regulations.
- Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate processes
- Proven expertise in Sales and Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Understanding of Real Property concepts and market trends
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to client schedules
- High school diploma required; additional certifications in real estate are advantageous
