- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Assure that appropriate nursing care is being provided and assist with meds and treatments as needed.
- Perform other patient care duties as assigned.
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of South Carolina.
- Current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina (LPN or RN).
