Treatment Coordinator

Overview

Join our growing team as a Treatment Coordinator at Smile Doctors
. You will educate patients on treatment options, negotiate financial arrangements, and nurture strong relationships to keep our schedule full.

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and address patient objections.
• Educate patients on payment options and collaborate with finance to tailor arrangements.
• Work pending reports, follow up with potential patients, and schedule treatment appointments.
• Prepare patients for exams and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Assist with local store marketing and community events to support practice growth.

• Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic.
• Proactive, adaptable, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of sales or service industry experience.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and maintain good working relationships with coworkers.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people.
