Drive Excellence. B&L Construction Inc is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to lead our team.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will oversee projects ranging from $500k to $4M. • Lead the project team (superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff) to ensure cohesive and productive collaboration.
• Develop comprehensive plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
• Manage all contractual aspects including estimating, specifications, submittals, and closeouts.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address issues.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Oversee quality control to meet company standards and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, financial records, and change orders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• 5 years of experience in construction project management is preferred (but not required), with a track record of managing projects from $500k to $4M.
• Proficiency with Plan Swift, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• General knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel as needed for project site visits and client meetings.
