Drivers are responsible for inspecting mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment, securing cargo, and operating tractor trailers to deliver materials safely and efficiently to customers. They follow DOT and company regulations, maintain accurate ELogs, and ensure proper documentation and customer interaction at each stop.

*** Our current facility located in Delphos, OH will be relocating to 859 Adams St, Bluffton IN 46714, in Jan/Feb of 2026.***

Due to the upcoming facility move, you will also be eligible for a $750 bonus upon completion of the move. You must be actively employed before the move to receive the bonus unless the facility transitions earlier than anticipated. In such a case, employees impacted by a layoff due to an inability to relocate will receive the next scheduled bonus payment as if they were actively employed on the payout date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
• Check vehicles before driving and secure cargo for safe transport.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures during transit and delivery.
• Operate tractor trailers to deliver materials, handling strapping/unstrapping and rag side trailer functions at each stop.
• Maintain accurate log books, obtain delivery receipts or signatures, and collect payments as required.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 1-3 years of recent driving experience in a commercial motor vehicle
• Hold a current, valid Class A CDL
• Satisfactory criminal background check
• Satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Satisfactory result on a pre-employment drug screening
• Satisfactory PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) report
• Acceptable DOT-compliant employment verification(s)
• Acceptable FMCSA Clearinghouse report
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (issued within the last 90 days or must be renewed prior to hire)
