Security Officer - Retail Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, assisting with lost children, and/or coordinating with store management and local responders as needed;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; observe for suspicious behavior; and communicate security-related concerns promptly to the appropriate contacts;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and participate in required briefings and training
