Our client, is a globally backed industrial manufacturer and is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive measurable operational performance across a growing manufacturing facility.
This role reports directly to site leadership and is designed for someone who doesn’t just support Lean initiatives — but owns them
.
If you’re energized by eliminating waste, building sustainable systems, and leading cross‑functional change that drives real cost savings and efficiency gains — this is a platform role.
What You’ll Own- Identify and eliminate waste across production workflows (defects, overproduction, downtime, inefficiencies)
- Lead Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and structured root cause initiatives
- Drive plant‑wide KPI development, tracking, and accountability
- Implement cost‑reduction and productivity improvement strategies
- Manage multiple improvement projects from concept through execution
- Educate and mentor leaders and operators on Lean culture and data‑driven decision‑making
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement within manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
- Experience working with ERP and manufacturing systems
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive change
- Hands‑on leader comfortable on the production floor
