Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc  is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf care equipment, and ground support equipment  Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands  Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures of electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial vehicles, and turf vehicles in the field

* Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set ups to provide continuity of service and maintenance of accounts

* Proactively manage service schedule and communicate changes with customers to maintain peak efficiency and highest possible customer satisfaction

* Produce accurate, reliable, and timely information for all necessary work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, timesheets, and other paperwork as required

* Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate parties including the service manager, technical representative, or designated sales professional

* Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment to include inventory, tools, assigned company vehicle and/or trailer

* Able to train new employees to ensure they are well equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

* Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification/diploma preferred Years of

Experience:

6 years of mechanical experience, previous experience servicing golf cars preferred Ability to pass E Z GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification Must possess a valid driver's license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet and DOT policies
