Revital Rehab Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team at River Terrace Retirement Community in Bluffton, IN. This flexible, as-needed position is perfect for a skilled PTA who enjoys delivering high-quality therapy services in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function
• Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure progress

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current PTA licensure in the state of Indiana
