Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly accounting activity as a Staff Accountant responsible for accuracy and timeliness
• Handle month end responsibilities including reconciliations, reporting and account balancing
• Review, post and audit transactional activity including domestic and international entries
• Support leadership with reporting, analysis and financial review tasks
• Ensure financial procedures are followed and assist with audits when needed

Must Have Skills and Experience

• Two to five years of accounting experience including transactional and month end responsibilities
• Strong proficiency with Excel and comfort working within cloud based accounting tools
• Ability to manage details while meeting deadlines consistently
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts including debits and credits

• On site role in the Bluffton Indiana area
