Insurance Agent​/Specialist

At Rob Jackson Insurance, an independent property & casualty insurance agency proudly representing Bear River Mutual Insurance Company and over 15 other top-rated insurance providers, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for a motivated, quick worker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time in office position looking to start as soon as possible.

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, emails and texts, assisting current policyholders, quoting and guiding new clients through their insurance needs.
• Assist in facilitating new business for the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance solutions for their needs.
• No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Focus is on servicing existing accounts and supporting new business growth.
• Complete work accurately and quickly.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required to apply.
• Willingness to obtain your insurance license if you don't currently hold one (company will support you in this process).
• Strong typing and computer skills are essential.
• Problem Solver.
• Quick Worker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, client-first attitude.
• Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and comfortable working independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate policy management and customer satisfaction.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
