Job Title: Business Development Manager - MSP Growth

Location: Remote

Duration: Full-time

Reports To: Sr. VP of Sales

Position Overview

AMroute is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow and expand our existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This role is focused on deepening relationships, increasing wallet share, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partner success. This is not a pure "hunter" role. We are looking for someone who excels at nurturing accounts, building trust, and strategically expanding revenue within an established MSP client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners
  • Develop account plans to increase revenue, product adoption, and engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current MSP relationships
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic MSP accounts
  • Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address growth opportunities
  • Forecast revenue growth and maintain accurate CRM reporting
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or channel sales
  • Proven experience working with or selling into MSPs
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and increase recurring revenue
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, technology, SaaS, or IT services
  • Established network within the MSP community
  • Experience with recurring revenue models
