Job Title: Business Development Manager - MSP Growth

Position OverviewAMroute is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow and expand our existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships. This role is focused on deepening relationships, increasing wallet share, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partner success. This is not a pure "hunter" role. We are looking for someone who excels at nurturing accounts, building trust, and strategically expanding revenue within an established MSP client base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners
- Develop account plans to increase revenue, product adoption, and engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current MSP relationships
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic MSP accounts
- Partner with internal teams (operations, finance, leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor partner performance metrics and proactively address growth opportunities
- Forecast revenue growth and maintain accurate CRM reporting
- 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or channel sales
- Proven experience working with or selling into MSPs
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and increase recurring revenue
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Experience in logistics, technology, SaaS, or IT services
- Established network within the MSP community
- Experience with recurring revenue models
- Increased revenue per MSP partner
- Strong retention and partner satisfaction
- Expanded product adoption across the MSP portfolio
- Long-term strategic partnerships that drive predictable recurring revenue
