The Loader Warehouse is responsible for supporting the Outbound loading of completed pallets onto delivery trailers. Additionally, this role will support the Inbound receiving operation, inventory location placement, and replenishment.

• Ensure accurate loading of customer orders on delivery vehicles
• Assist in physical manipulation of product within SAP as needed to facilitate the successful resolution of system errors
• Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse Management including, but not limited to, Pallet Building, Pallet Loading, and Yard Management when and if required

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and maintain a high degree of integrity. Ability to multi-task, organize, and delegate tasks to others in a noisy and non-climate controlled environment, such as exposure to a variety of high and low temperatures, humidity, wind, and rain
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment lifting 30 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. repetitively
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
• Ability to understand and comprehend written, verbal, and digital work instructions for each work cell in and around the facility
• Intentional self-starter who takes initiative and proactively seeks out value‑add opportunities

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification:

• Pallet Jack
• Forklift
• Double Forklift
• Triple-Double
• Switch Tractor
• Scrubber

• Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
