Job Title: Janitorial / Custodial Associate – Manufacturing Facility
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our manufacturing facility. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all employees.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean windows, surfaces, and designated equipment areas
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards required in a manufacturing setting
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Full-time position
• $16.00 per hour
