Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician – Sign On Bonus! (Finance)

Walmart is expanding across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you possess relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our fast‑paced and welcoming work environment.

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and hand, digital, power tools, and equipment.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080.
• Up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.
