Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) – T2525
Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.00 USD per hour
At Target, Guest Advocates are advocates of the guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. They support in-store and digital services and help guests with checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while maintaining high standards of quality and store cleanliness.

- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to understand and solve their specific needs, including returns, order pick-up (OPU), Drive Up (DU) and online ordering.
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, services, and promotions to solve issues and improve guest experience.
- Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and enrollment as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
- Explain how to use features within the Target App, including Wallet, and guide guests to enroll in available services.
- Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders, and related returns in accordance with Target policies and procedures.
- Operate with ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; report hazards and correct where possible.
- Perform other duties based on business needs as directed by leadership.
