• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication skills with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion with the Store Sales Manager.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Effective teamwork and flexible scheduling, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to shoulder height safely.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
