• Provide excellent customer service and help customers build wardrobes
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation
• Understand customer needs to achieve sales goals
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience and promote loyalty programs
• Assist with product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfilment

• Provide product knowledge and style advice to customers

• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Support receiving and shipping processes and assist with in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
