Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the day shift in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility. Under new management, we’re focused on creating a positive, team-oriented environment where CNAs are respected, supported, and appreciated.

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 12-Hour Shifts

• Assist residents with daily care needs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and ADLs
• Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition promptly
• Respond to call lights and perform routine rounds
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
• Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

• Active Missouri CNA certification – required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
