Differentials: +$3.00/hr (Nights) | +$2.00/hr (Weekends)
Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 (with 2-year agreement)
Relocation: Available case by case
Overview
We are seeking a Telemetry RN – Cardiac Stepdown in Blue Springs, MO. This role supports a busy telemetry unit caring for monitored patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions. Nurses in this department gain valuable experience in a Level II Trauma setting while enjoying a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care for cardiac telemetry patients.
Monitor telemetry rhythms, document changes, and escalate care as needed.
Support patients with post-op recovery, COPD, stroke, and chest pain.
Educate patients and families to support recovery and wellness.
Contribute to a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
QualificationsActive RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
At least 1 year of acute care RN experience.
BLS required; ACLS within 1 year.
