Memory Care Support Partner – Arrow Senior Living

Blue Springs, Missouri

$18.50–$22.00 per hour

Sunday–Thursday 10pm–6am

• Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer – discover residents’ interests, collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène – set the stage for daily activities from breakfast to bedtime.
• Life Partner – partner with residents from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, speaking ability.
• Positive, energetic attitude with strong resident focus.
• Computer skills for printing and data entry.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, including after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
