Provide vital support to residents, helping them maintain independence and ensuring safety and well-being. Your contributions help create a nurturing environment where seniors thrive.

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, and continence care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Coordinate social engagement activities
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Support mobility needs, including lifting and transferring

• Experience in caregiving or personal assistance preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate approach
• Ability to monitor resident conditions effectively
• Knowledge of dementia care a plus
• Basic understanding of vital signs beneficial
• CPR and First Aid certification required
