Memory Care Support Partner — Full Time – Blue Springs, Missouri

Wage: $18.50-$22.00 per hour (starting wage).

Shift

Schedule:

Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday 2pm-10pm.

• Advocate of Empathy:
  Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Set the stage for daily routines and events.
• Life Partner:
  Partner with residents throughout the day.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, speak, and communicate in English.
• Positive, energetic attitude and LOVE our residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident data.
• Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.
