Location: 3107 S 7 Hwy, Blue Springs, MO 64014
Schedule: Monday 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m. & Thursday 6:30 a.m.–3 p.m. (Part‑time)
Payment: $3 000 sign‑on bonus + competitive benefits

• Provide outstanding patient care and lifelong dental health education.
• Operate under full clinical autonomy in a supportive team environment.
• Participate in the Hygiene Mentor Program for ongoing skill development.
• Maintain meticulous patient screening and medical history documentation.
• Work flexible hours to promote work‑life balance.

• Current dental hygienist license in MO;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience as an established hygienist or recent graduate.
• Proficiency with Velscope, Digestion, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to clinical needs as required by the office.

• Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; accommodations can be made for disabilities.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing; lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• Compliance with tuberculosis (TB) testing requirement for all new hires in dental office positions.
