• Mentor and coach Security Officers in proper security measures to ensure service expectations are met.
• Maintain quality standards through post‑inspections and provide training and counseling.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the overall performance of the security program.
• Maintain practical knowledge of all client‑specified post instructions.
• Hold a valid Illinois driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 2 years.
• Operate a motor vehicle in highly congested areas.
• Document and report property damage and special occurrences.
• Utilize mobile patrol applications – basic computer skills required.
• Respond to incidents and document events accurately.
• Greet all residents and visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain an impeccable image at all times.

• Work 8‑hour shifts: nights, days, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age 25 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service record.
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willingness to obtain one.
• 20‑hour training certificate or completion within 30 days of employment.
• Clean MVR report.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Complete a pre‑employment screening process, including drug screening.
• Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to professional grooming standards.
• Mature demeanor, personality, and attitude.
• Strong customer service, public relations, and cross‑cultural interaction skills.
• Verbal, written, and non‑verbal communication proficiency.
• Maintain a working telephone at all times.
• Reliable means of transportation.
