Onsite Technician

We are seeking a reliable and technically capable On-Site Technician to join our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting ASIC mining equipment and supporting site infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills are critical.

• Install and commission new mining equipment and related infrastructure
• Diagnose and repair ASIC hardware issues (control boards, hash boards, fans, PSUs, networking)
• Perform software configuration and routine firmware updates
• Utilize troubleshooting tools and diagnostic software
• Process RMA returns following company procedures
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical, mechanical, and network systems
• Maintain site cleanliness and equipment organization standards
• Assist in documenting procedures for ongoing site operations
• Contribute improvement ideas for efficiency and reliability
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking of parts and equipment
• Enforce company physical and digital security policies

• 1+ year experience working in a technical or ⅕-related environment
• Valid driver’s license (work is performed on-site)
• Basic knowledge of electricity and computer hardware (strong asset)
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment
