GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage , Food Service, Starbucks) (T2557)

Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour. Pay range: $16.00 – $24.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Assist guests, help solve their specific needs, and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities: receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and area to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties as needed by business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; some roles involve drive-up or carryout duties.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
