Chef's Choice Catering Server

Set up and service off premise catering events. Orchestrate daily operation of warehouse, including coordination of incoming and outgoing deliveries, delivery of food and/or equipment, dishwashing and organization of all catering supplies within the Warehouse. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Ensure that any & all food & beverage items are presented and served correctly, adhering to the standards set by Chef's Choice Catering
• Serve clients in a courteous, professional and respectful manner in accordance with Chef's Choice Catering's Customer Service Policy
• Ensure that all equipment is returned to the commissary and that the room/area at the event is left clean and tidy
• Preparation of the area or room in its entirety for a function or event, prior to the guest's arrival
• Ability to work with logistics including picking, packing and distribution of all durable goods related to catering events
• Help with set ups and break downs, and service of off premise catered events, including unloading vans, dishwashing and restocking items to the warehouse shelves
• Maintain well organized warehouse reporting any deficiencies to members of management
• Properly store and organize all incoming orders and supply deliveries
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

• Previous serving/culinary position in catering operations

• Ability to drive catering vans to and from events with a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel independently
• Previous serving experience

• MUST have excellent organizational skills in order to complete the tasks assigned.
