Machine Repair Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Repair Technician to join a skilled maintenance team in Blue Ash, OH. In this role, you'll keep production running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing complex machinery and equipment.

Pay: $27.89/hour + $1.08 shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Overtime as needed on weekdays and weekends)

• Install, repair, and maintain all machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
• Perform both temporary and permanent repairs to minimize downtime
• Rebuild machines and overhaul troublesome components or attachments
• Fit and align bearings, spindles, shafts, and adjust mechanisms and gibs
• Assist with new equipment installations, relocations, and alignments

• Knowledge of mechanics, machine design, and electrical/hydraulic systems
• Ability to read machine drawings and use precision instruments
• Welding skills (arc, gas, MIG)
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively
• Must pass Respirator Fit Test and CPR/First Aid training
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, climbing, and crouching
• Comfortable working around noise, vibration, and occasional temperature extremes or confined spaces
