Job DescriptionExperienced servant leader and coach for across‑functional agile teams operating in complex, cross‑functional work across the Security, Data and Networking domain areas related to transformation to the Cloud. The Scrum Master guides and facilitates a Scrum &/or Kanban team involved in a large, fast‑paced program implementing complex technology for business‑oriented solutions, through effective application of the agile‑based SDLC and associated ceremonies, ensuring the agreed‑upon agile practice is followed.
Removing impediments and fostering a high‑performing team with a focus on continuous improvement resulting in quality and timeliness delivery.
- Lead an Agile team to deliver business outcomes and drive Agile maturity within the team.
- Facilitate Agile events, team organization, and ceremonies with one or more teams of varying complexity.
- Facilitate the Agile Delivery team to relentlessly improve through intentional Lean and data‑driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives).
- Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, team accountability, and transparency.
- Leverage the metrics reports for the team and partner with the team to develop and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to understand the product and/or technical roadmap(s) in order to deliver capabilities using an iterative approach.
- Negotiate dependencies with teams by following dependency‑management leading practices.
- Embrace and promote a quality mindset by supporting and partnering with QA team members on KTD QA leading practices and standards.
- Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments.
- Support and promote Agile team's OKRs and ensure the work is accurately entered, linked and tracked in the tool (i.e. JIRA).
- Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity, and empower the team to self‑manage around achieving their commitments.
- Support and empower the Technology team to make appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition.
- Protect the Agile team from disruptive work, and promote leading practices and ensure changes are evaluated and intentional.
- Scrum Master experience in a complex large‑scale enterprise.
- Experience in an agile environment in other roles; such as quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach.
- Proven knowledge and experience with agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential. Excellent team player and team builder.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types.
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level and communicate agile methodologies within the organization.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple agile teams and ensure a proper balance between PMO, business, technology teams and management.
- Self‑motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Work Location:
In office, hybrid, or remote. Preference for Cincinnati; half the team sits in Cincinnati office. Open to remote if no other options. Must be in EST.
