Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Implementation Specialist based in Blue Ash, OH. The Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading software implementation projects for new clients, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their needs, configuring software to meet those needs, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

The role requires excellent communication skills to maintain clear and effective client interactions.
