Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sr. IT Business Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience to support a large acquisition project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in large acquisition project
- Follow Agile Scrum methodology and participate in daily stand up meetings
- Elicit, analyze and document complex business requirements
- Collaborate with teams to build the business case and identify risks
- Lead teams to elicit and manage business requirements
- Assist in troubleshooting post-implementation issues
- Assist in project user acceptance testing
- Facilitate build versus buy discussions
- Mentor team members in business analysis principles
Desired experience includes:
- Large scale enterprise environment experience
- Agile Scrum driven projects experience
- Supply Chain and finance/accounting systems project experience
- Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Experience with work flows/process flows
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
